Addicted to... Nail Polish???

I admit it.  I am addicted to nail polish.  A polishaholic.  I change my nail polish daily, sometimes more than 1 time each day, and I don't care who knows it.  I sometimes overdose on glitter.  The polishes that I'm sure were made just for me are Nicole By OPI's All Kendall-ed Up (a perfect pink!) with Nicole By OPI's Wear Something Spar-Kylie (pink GLITTER!) over it.  I even have a spreadsheet for my nail polishes.  I have 20 or so polishes that still need to be added to the spreadsheet, and I've not done that yet because I decided that the next time I'm adding polishes, I'll count them.  I do NOT want to be held accountable to how many nail polishes I've acquired since March of 2012.  I know it's in the triple digits, but I can remain clueless as to how many as long as I don't open my spreadsheet.  ;)

Currently, I'm wearing All Kendall-ed Up on my fingernails.  I've had it on most of the week, which is RARE for me!  I'll change it today, most likely, if my Birchbox order FINALLY comes in, as I have The Color Club's Peppermint Twist in that order, and I can't wait to try it!  I love Birchbox.  I really do.  I despise their shipping practices, though.  My last monthly subscription's shipping didn't update for 2 weeks, and when it finally did, it stated it would be here 4 days before it actually was in my hot hands!  This order was placed on the 24th, and the estimated date of delivery was the 28th.  I was excited about this!  Until... *dundundun*... The 28th, 29th, AND 30th passed with me still waiting for my Birchbox. It did change to the 30th as the estimated date, but seriously, I really get irritated when I see my shipment spend 4-5 days bouncing around different sorting facilities in New Jersey, only to finally make it to Oklahoma, but not in time to get to my town in a decent time.  If Birchbox doesn't get their head in the game soon, I'll cancel the service.  Patience is NOT one of my strengths, that's for sure!  If they're going to yank me around with my shipping so often, they could at least throw in some more samples or a full sized product to appease me.  Are you listening, Birchbox?  I CAN be bought!

All that being said, China Glaze and essie are my FAVORITE polishes so far.  I get my China Glaze polishes at Sally Beauty Supply and my essie polishes at Walgreens.  Those are the only places nearby that I can buy them in town.

My daughter, Lexie, is also a nail polish addict, though not as bad as her Mama, and she's willing whenever I want to try a new technique.  She LOVES when I break out the dotting tools.  Today is her school picture day, and we painstakingly chose the perfect pink to match her dress, and since it's a striped pink and white dress, we did the pink polish with white (Sally Hansen) and silver (Finger Paints Silver Sculpture) double dots.  She adored the finished result.  :)
